‘K’ Road Dairy & Flowers offers fresh cut flowers, beautiful bouquets, and floral gifts for all occasions. We provide in-store purchases and local delivery within Hamilton. Whether you need flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, or just because, we’re here to help with fresh, seasonal blooms.
At this stage, we do not provide full wedding floral services. However, we may be able to assist with simple bouquets or floral arrangements depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
Yes, we’re happy to provide flowers for small events such as birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
For bulk orders or customised arrangements, we require advance notice to ensure availability and freshness. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
We do not provide full holiday décor services such as installations or large-scale decorations.

Delivery
Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Hamilton for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Please check at checkout or contact us to confirm.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next business day. We can do deliveries on weekends depending on when the order is placed.
Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address within Hamilton.
The exact cost will be shown at checkout once the address is entered.
For bulk or special deliveries outside standard areas, please contact us directly.
There is no strict minimum for delivery; however, delivery fees apply separately from the flower purchase.
For large or custom bulk orders, advance notice is required.

Standard delivery hours are typically during business hours. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we ensure all same-day deliveries are completed by the end of the delivery day.

We occasionally stock orchids depending on seasonal availability. Orchids are usually available from around May onwards.
As orchids are seasonal, availability may vary throughout the year. Please contact us to check current stock before placing an order.
If your orchid arrives damaged or not up to standard, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and assist you.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards for online orders.
In-store payments can also be made via EFTPOS or cash.

Promotions
At this time, we do not offer flower subscription services.
However, you are welcome to place repeat or bulk orders by contacting us directly. We’re happy to discuss regular flower needs for homes, offices, or special occasions.
